SONG WORKSHOP
WHEN:December 2012, exact days to be determined.
WHERE: PVHS Lower Dance Studio (next to the gym, across from the pool)
WHO: Any intermediate/advanced dancer who might be
interested in trying out for next year's Song Team
TIME: 5:30 – 7:00pm
COST: $50.00 per participant
During this 3 day workshop, you will review proper pom and dance technique. Similar to our tryouts, you will learn a cheer, an across the floor combination and a routine comprised of pom, jazz and hip hop. Attending this workshop will give you insight to what you can expect should you decide to try out for the 2012-2013 PVHS Song Team.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- PLEASE WEAR PROPER ATTIRE – workout top and pants, jazz shoes, hair in ponytail, no jewelry and a name tag.
- PLEASE bring water.
- PLEASE bring your PARENTAL WAIVER AND CONSENT FORM (click to download), completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian.
- PLEASE bring a check for $50.00 made payable to PVHS.
Please note that attending this workshop does not commit you to enroll at PVHS or obligate you to tryout for the Song Team. Also, there is a minimum of 10 participants for the workshop to be held. Should it be cancelled due to low registration, we will contact you at the email address you provide when registering.
